Payment
Unless otherwise clearly stated, all items are BRAND NEW and AVAILABLE IN STOCK and normally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. All payments made by personal/business or electronic check require bank clearance prior to shipment. WE ACCEPT PAYAL, MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS AND CASHIER'S CHECKS. Limited Warranty
A 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty is furnished from the date of purchase warranting the product to be free of material defect or workmanship.
In order to activate the warranty of your newly purchased product, the warranty card contained inside the packaging of your Air Conditioner must be duly filled and sent to our office by mail, email or fax to our toll free fax number; 1-800-648-2086.
The following information must be included on the warranty card before it is sent to our office;
- Date of purchase
- Serial number of both Indoor and outdoor units
- Date of installation
- The qualified HVAC installer’s name, company name and license number
In the event of product failure or malfunction, the purchaser shall return the defective/faulty product or component/part thereof to our designated repair facility for inspection. The faulty/defective product component/part will then repair or replaced (at our option). The repaired/replaced component shall then be returned to the purchaser. THE PURCHASER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS OF RETURNING (BOTH WAYS) FAULTY PRODUCTS OR PARTS TO US FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR. Certain items, which are subject to normal wear and tear, are specifically excluded from this warranty. We shall not be responsible for faulty installation, operation or maintenance of the product and as such, we recommend installation, assembly, repair and maintenance only by certified and qualified HVAC professionals. We reserve the right to require proof of the same before honouring any parts warranty replacement/repair. Damage resulting from failure to use the product in a manner consistent with our/manufacturer’s recommendations shall render the limited warranty void. This limited warranty specifically excludes any consequential and/or incidental damages.
Furthermore purchaser hereby acknowledges that federal law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchased. A properly licensed person must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility and risk for the safe and proper installation in accordance with applicable local, State and Federal code, rules, regulations and requirements .
Damage resulting from failure to use, install or maintain the product in a manner consistent with our/manufacturer’s recommendations shall render the warranty void. GT-World, at its option, may request a report from a qualified technician prior to honouring a warranty claim. All warranties specifically excludes any consequential and/or incidental damages. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained from GT-World prior to return of any equipment. Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Shipping
Pickups are accepted at our California and Montreal, Canada facilities. Flat rate shipping rates, if offered, only apply to the 48 contiguous States and the Canadian Provincial destinations. They do not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or other US territories. Please contact us for rates to those locations. Shipping method shall be ground shipping by the carrier of our choice. Tracking numbers will be available after 2 days from the date of shipping. All items will be shipped to the purchaser's address as entered onto Paypal and/or Ebay.

We are not responsible for errors or inconsistencies in said addresses. Please update your address before you purchase. All items are shipped Free on Board (FOB) at our warehouse, freight prepaid. The customer takes title to the goods at the time of shipment. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT DELAYS AND LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING THE TRANSIT.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receipt of the your order, you must open the packaging and inspect the shipment thoroughly and completely for any damage. All visible damage and/or nonconformity, regardless of its severity, size or significance must be noted on waybill or other shipping documents. Failure by the purchaser/recipient to note any damage, defect, nonconformity or irregularity in the shipping documents shall be construed as a declaration by the purchaser/recipient that the goods were received in good order and condition and free from any defect, damage or non-conformity. YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO SIGN FOR ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT FROM THE SHIPPER; HOWEVER ANY EQUIPMENT YOU SIGN FOR DOES BECOME YOUR PROPERTY. If there is significant damage resulting from mishandling of goods by the shipping carrier, you must refuse the shipment. Additionally, you must notify us, in writing, within 48 hours of receipt of damaged, non-conforming product. In the event of shipping loss or damage, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to file for an insurance claim and we will offer all necessary assistance to the purchaser for that purpose. Minor cosmetic damages that do not impact the operation or safety of the unit are expressly excluded under the terms of any return, warranty and/or insurance policy.
International Shipping
For shipments to locations outside the United States, the purchaser shall be responsible for custom clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other incidental charges. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine whether each product is suitable for import and use into their jurisdiction. For export documentation purposes, we CANNOT accommodate requests to declare the purchased item as "gift" or "sample" or undervalue the purchase amount as they are in contravention of Canadian and US law.
Shipping Insurance
We use the most reputable carriers for the shipment of each order. Nevertheless, despite the best care and proper packaging, accidents do happen. Depending on the item, shipping insurance may be required, included or optional. If shipping insurance is provided as an added option, please note that we, nor the carrier, are under any circumstance, responsible for loss or damage incurred during the course of shipping, unless optional shipping insurance is purchased by the purchaser. Technical Support
Although we may provide technical assistance via telephone or email to the customer, it is virtually impossible to troubleshoot all matters via telephone or remote assistance. As such, the offering by us of any technical assistance is made without any warranty or guarantee and provided on “as is” basis. Although we will try to provide technical support remotely (via telephone/email), in many circumstances the technical issue/problem may not be resolved despite our best efforts. As such, the purchaser expressly acknowledges, as an express condition of this sale, that the customer may be required to consult a professional technician for troubleshooting/repair/start-up and that any such consultation, shall be at the sole responsibility of customer and the customer shall bear all costs relative thereto. All such costs shall be the responsibility of the customer and we shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses related thereto. We reserve the right to make slight modifications necessary to the merchandise for product improvement, including cosmetic changes, changes in labelling and color. Colors as viewed on photographs or computer monitors may appear slightly different from the actual color of the product depending on the resolution of your monitor.
All sales are final. In special circumstances we may be compelled to accept returns within 14 days of purchase date, they are subject to a minimum 30% stocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.
